Disconnect the webcam from any docking stations or dongles you are using and connect it directly to the computer. Check if the webcam is detected in Windows Device Manager. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable. You can customize the webcam settings by following the on-screen instructions in Dell Peripheral Manager application.
